Founder and Managing Member
Anu Kinhal is the firm’s founder and managing member. His expertise and passion is firmly rooted in intellectual property law, having nearly a decade of experience handling a variety of patent related matters for IBM as well as several startup companies in New York.
Anu has drafted and prosecuted patents in a variety of technology areas including machine learning, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), augmented reality, communication network technologies, software systems, and hardware.
Anu’s practice originated in patent preparation and patent prosecution, and extends to trademark registration, trademark prosecution and clearance, and Intellectual Property licensing, and contracts / corporate transactions for startups and SMBs.

Imtiaz Billah is a patent agent and has performed tasks pertaining to patent preparation and prosecution. He has worked at law firms and as an in-house patent agent, including IBM, Beyond Meat, and Aristocrat Technologies.
Imtiaz has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patents in a variety of technology areas including organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Food Science, Materials Science, Biotechnology, Mechanical Devices, Electronic Circuits, and Software Methods (such as IoT, SaaS, AI, Data Visualization, Bioinformatics).
Before embarking upon a career in patent law, Imtiaz worked as a chemist in various industrial and academic settings.
